Martinborough boil water notice continues

The boil water notice for Martinborough is still in place while the council continues to investigate cause and treatment for the low levels of E.coli detected in the township’s water supply.

As the source of the contamination is still unclear and the issue is intermittent, the boil water notice remains in effect for public safety.

The council is continuing to work hard to address the problem.
