You may have already made some New Year's resolutions that relate to your personal health and wellbeing. Even if you don't believe in New Year's resolutions, it can be useful to think periodically about what's important and how you might look after yourself.

Workplace Wellbeing have produced a Wheel of Wellbeing Plan to support you to assess aspects of wellbeing, reflect on what's going well / what could improve, and to prompt you to set related goals and actions. It's only one page and can be repeated after 90 days.
