Giving Feedback
Your feedback is an important part of the way we measure the quality
of the services we provide, and an essential part of helping us to
maintain quality. We appreciate all comments.
We work hard to ensure you have a satisfactory experience with our
services, but if your expectations are not met we appreciate the
opportunity to both put things right, and take steps to improve which
ever system or activity has not performed satisfactorily.
There are many ways to give feedback:
- a simple letter or card
- using one of the green 'Feedback' forms available in all areas
of the hospital
- Phoning the Quality officer on (06) 946 9800 (South Wairarapa
residents freephone 0800 946 9800)
- emailing
quality@wairarapa.dhb.org.nz
Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. You can expect a
response within 20 working days.
